Majors represented through Emerson Stage: Theatre Education, Musical Theatre, Acting, Design/ Technology, Stage Management, and Theatre Studies.
Students work alongside faculty and staff to bring to life everything from classic plays of a bygone era to contemporary dance explorations to new, student-written works.
On average, Emerson Stage puts up around eight productions a year, with four presented each semester.
Emerson Stage works to bring industry professionals in to speak about their careers and the theatrical field. Past speakers have included director Anne Bogart and actress/playwright Anna Deavere Smith.
